At Fresh Roasted Coffee LLC, we want you to love every cup. If you are unsatisfied with your order, we accept returns on non-perishable equipment within 30 days and offer solutions for coffee quality concerns.

Return Process

    Contact Support

    Reach out to our customer service team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return.

    Receive Authorization

    Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with specific shipping instructions.

  • 3.
    Pack and Ship

    Securely package the items in their original packaging and include your RMA number inside the box before shipping it back to our roastery.

  • 4.
    Refund Processing

    Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
